Hello, my name is Hannah L. Garrison. I am an illustrator and a visual designer.
Hannah Luoni Garrison is an illustrator and visual designer currently living in Pittsburgh. She is from northeastern Pennsylvania and moved to the ‘Burgh in 2013 with a friend after graduating from university. She has been a member of the Pittsburgh Society of Illustrators since arriving in the city.
Her illustrations are heavily influenced by the Hudson River School painters, scientific illustrations, and the natural world. A trip to Alaska in her early teens expended her view of the natural world, and has been captivated by changing landscapes every since. She works primarily in traditional media such as oils, watercolor, and ink pens. She currently creates textile designs and internal visuals for American Textile Company. Clients include: Target, Kohls, Meijer, Delta, Temper-Pedic, and Sealy, to name a few.
She holds a BFA in Illustration from Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia. Her work also expands into UI design, specifically in Wordpress. While not working on creative projects, she enjoys fossil hunting, hiking, and biking around Pittsburgh and West Virginia.
